CUSTOMER SERVICE & ADMIN – WINTER PARK
One Stop Services, LLC opening for a Warranty Service Representative and admin person in our Winter Park office to assist in servicing our customers.
- Takes service calls by phone or email from builders and homeowners and assists in scheduling service.
- Ensures that service calls are handled professionally and promptly.
- Additional administrative tasks as assigned.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Solid telephone skills.
- Effective communicator with builder representatives, homeowners, and internal customers.
- Must be a strong multitasker and work effectively in a high production fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work and be productive without constant supervision.
- General Competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to quickly learn and function with other business software.
- The ability to work as a team and communicate effectively with your peers.
- Well groomed, neat appearance.
