Administration and Light Sales – Agreement Department Clerk

One Stop Services, LLC – Winter Park

One Stop Services is a full service HVAC company with services throughout Florida.  We are actively seeking a sales-oriented individual to promote prepaid maintenance and warranty agreements to homeowners, schedule maintenances, and renew expiring agreements.

Job Duties

  • Promote Service and Warranty Programs to existing and new customers
  • Make outgoing calls to customers for scheduling prepaid maintenance appointments, facilitate renewals and process payments
  • Establish and maintain existing customer relationships through mailings and email
  • Maintain electronic records for existing accounts
  • Update customer account information when changes or appointments are made
  • Ensure processes are followed to ensure customer participation and retention
  • Follow “save” protocols for customers who chose not to renew agreements
  • Explain benefits and upsell AC accessories
  • Establish and build the company’s relationship with agreement holders
  • Other duties as assigned



  • Prior Customer Service experience and excellent customer skills
  • A desire to exceed customer expectations
  • Ability to anticipate work needs and work independently with minimal oversight
  • A habit of doing jobs completely and correctly the first time
  • Well groomed, neat and professional business casual presentation
